Returns

Not feeling your Jacka? No stress.

Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send it back.

How it works

  1. Fill in the return form below, or email info@jackaproject.com with your order number.

  2. Send your Jacka back within 14 days after registering.

  3. We refund you within 14 days after we receive it, to the payment method you used.

Return conditions

  • Return shipping is at your own expense.

  • Try it on as much as you like, but please don’t wear it out. Your Jacka must come back unworn and in the same condition you received it, with all labels intact.

  • Every Jacka is 1/1, so we can’t exchange it for the same one. A return means a refund.

  • Dry clean only. Please don’t wash a Jacka in the machine.

  • Your return is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend a tracked shipment.

  • Returns registered after the 14-day period can’t be accepted.

Something wrong with your Jacka?
Email us with photos as soon as you notice it, and we’ll make it right. Damage from perfume, bleach, heat, water or improper use isn’t covered.
